Ryan Reynolds will play the “Green Lantern”

Warner Bros Pictures has announced that Ryan Reynolds will play “Green Lantern”. Reynolds beat out “The Hangover” star Bradley Cooper for the role. Justin Timberlake was also beat out by Reynolds for the role.
Shooting is said to begin this January. “Casino Royale” director Martin Campbell is reported to direct. Ryan did appear as another super hero in “Wolverine”. He played “Deadpool”.

Well, I can’t say I wouldn’t mind seeing Bradley Cooper as the “Green Lantern” but I sure am glad Justin Timberlake didn’t get the part. That would just be wrong….so wrong.
