The movie stars Elisabeth Shue, Adam Scott, Jerry O’Connell, Ving Rhames and Richard Dreyfuss.
The movie hits theaters August 20th.

Synopsis:

Every year the population of sleepy Lake Victoria explodes from 5,000 to 50,000 for Spring Break, a riot of sun and drunken fun. But this year, there’s something more to worry about than hangovers and complaints from local old timers; A new type of terror is about to be cut loose on Lake Victoria. After a sudden underwater tremor sets free scores of the prehistoric man-eating fish, an unlikely group of strangers must band together to stop themselves from becoming fish food for the area’s new razor-toothed residents.

Actor Corey Haim passed away yesterday at the age of 38.
The cause of his death appears to be an accidental drug overdose.

The actor got his start in the 80’s and became a popular actor during that time in roles Lucas and The Lost Boys.

Mario Lopez he’s expecting his first child with his girlfriend, Courtney Laine Mazza.

The book is titled Elixir. It is a young adult novel which will be released in October through Simon & Schuster Children’s Publishing.

It will share the adventures of photojournalist Clea Raymond, according to the AP. Clea’s got a gift – her photography leads her to a place where she can prevent tragedies before they occur!

Hil will also reportedly write a nonfiction book about kids coping with divorce based on her own experiences – expect the book to be on shelves in 2012!
