Many were saying that Paula Abdul will not be returning as a judge on American Idol. Not according to Simon Cowell though. He says that he doesn’t get a lot of say but he made it clear he wanted Paula on the show. Even Ryan Seacrest has stated that everyone will be back on in the new season.
Paula’s agent David Sonenberg has concern over the weekend saying that they still haven’t received her new contract yet.

I hope she is truly back. Though, I can do away with Kara.

Sources from the London Guardian state that the very honest Simon Cowell might be making between $100-$144 million dollars for the next American Idol.
This of course is just a rumor because he did only make a paltry $36 million last year. At this time though, they are still in contract negotiations.

What a way to earn a million or two. Tell hundreds of people they “suck” than collect a huge paycheck!
