In Los Angeles, the author of “The Nocturne” Jordan Scott wants to sue Stephenie Meyer. He wants to sue her for plagiarism. Insisting that the “Twilight” author lifting passages from an obscure book she wrote called “The Nocturne” and using them in her book “Breaking Dawn”. Jordan Scott’s lawyer says that there are few word-for-word similarities but that the 2 books have similar plot and character points.
Stephenie Meyer’s publisher says that the accusation is worthless and that the “Twilight” series are entirely Stephenie’s creation.

You would think that if this was true, why didn’t the author of “The Nocturne” come forward sooner? Maybe she’s just trying to get free publicity for her own book.

The new picture shows Bella wrapped in Jacob’s arms while Edward looks on. Team “Jacob” seems to be going strong by the looks of this picture.

You can even get a free poster if you pick up the movie promoting paperback. Maybe that will tie you over until the movie comes out in November.

I like this so much better that the apple, chess piece or ribbon  poster.

Stephenie Meyer has decided to kick her MySpace page to the curb. Stating that “it was a lot of fun while it lasted”. She will miss many of her friends that were very funny and insightful.

Stephenie also goes on to say that she does not have a Facebook or a Twitter page either.

So, if you are communicating with someone saying they are “her”…it’s an imposter. You will only have her official website to go to for the latest information.

She will be missed and I for one will be visiting her website to find out the latest information regarding her books and upcoming projects.

Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight Sage is really tearing up the book charts all over the world. Twilight isn’t just a U.S. phenomenon. Stephenie Meyer’s books are best sellers all over the world. Vampires plus romance equals huge sales. No wonder Stephenie made the Forbes Top 100.

Happy Birthday, Twilight!!!!!!

Exactly 6 years ago today, an ordinary woman in Arizona woke up from a dream. In this dream, a rather plain-looking girl and a stunningly handsome, sparkling boy, were talking in a meadow. She was a human. He was a vampire. He thirsted for her blood. They were too in love to care.

Ladies and gentlemen, I think we all know that the ordinary woman was Stephenie Meyer, and this dream became Chapter 13, Confessions, of Twilight, the first of four books in the Twilight Saga. So, technically, today is the anniversary of Twilight’s conception. But who cares about technicalities? The point is this:

God gave Stephenie a dream. A dream turned book turned series turned phenomenon. To think, that all of THIS…… was started by that one night in time. That while everyone else in the world was going on with their average lives, Stephenie was writing. She was writing the love story between a vampire and a normal girl that she couldn’t bear to leave abandoned and forgotten. Throw some werewolves into the mix, dramatic twists, turns, promises, betrayals, emotions, and thoughts…….. thoughts that could never be spoken, thoughts regarded as impossible, thoughts that should have never been in the first place.

Twilight has inspired passion, desire, and devotion from fans all over the world, and I think it deserves a little credit. So I think I speak for the entire Twilight fan base when I say this:

Happy Birthday, Twilight. Thank you for inspiring us to reach for our dreams, keep our promises, and never give up on love. And thanks for teaching us that some of the best things come from the most unlikely places. <3
